Who we are

Hey everyone! My name is Cordelia (high 5 if you have watched Buffy) Just a little bit about me and the business, if you are interested in the background of Gwen’s Bakery below :)

I first started my baking business in 2020 during lockdown (so original) I built it up for a few years but ultimately, decided to give it up to become a full time teacher as I couldn’t do both at the same time!

Fast forward to 2025 and my lifestyle and mental health is so different now... I need a calm, relaxing life, and baking helps with that, I enjoy it so much, so I am returning back to my business as Gwen's Bakery in 2025/2026.

I am registered with the local council, have product and public liability insurance, 5* Food Hygiene Rating, Allergen certified and Level 2 Food Hygiene certified!

I sell these treats online and also attend local markets to Nottinghamshire.
